Cancellation and Refund Policies
You may cancel any session or class 24 hours or more in advance, and request to receive a full refund.
For cancellations of a class registration: You may cancel the registration of any class (or reschedule to an alternate meeting time) by using the link provided you at the time of registration. We ask that you cancel/reschedule your registration at least 24 hours prior to the start of class for a full refund. Please see the refund policy for full details.
For cancellations made by Francesca Verri: If Francesca Verri postpones a class to a later date you are entitled to a full refund if the rescheduled date does not work for you. If Francesca Verri cancels a class that will not be rescheduled you are entitled to a full refund of that class or can choose to use the credit for a future class.
To receive a full refund for a single session, group of sessions (package), multi-meeting classes, or single class, your request must be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org (subject line: Refund Request) 24 hours in advance of the start of the session or class. Requests made after that time are not guaranteed a full refund and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
